At weloveballgame, we strive to provide high-quality, personalized products. Due to the nature of customized orders, we offer exchanges only, not returns.
✅ Exchange Policy
We offer a 30-day exchange policy. This means you can request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. We do not offer refunds because our products are customized and made to order.
Once your order is placed, we immediately begin the customization process. If you need to modify your custom information, please contact our customer service immediately after placing the order. If your order has already gone into production, we cannot make any changes. Please double-check all information before completing your purchase.
❌ No Refunds
We do not offer refunds for personalized products once production has started. All customized items contain personal information and cannot be resold. Thank you for your understanding.
🛠 If the issue is on our side
We will cover all costs and send you a replacement if:
The product was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our factory or shipping partners.
Your personalized product contains incorrect details due to our production error.
📦 Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange:
The item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, with tags attached.
You must provide a receipt or order confirmation.

Return Packaging: We do not accept any damaged returned items. Please ensure that the returned goods are undamaged, unstained, and that there are no missing items in the package. If any of the above situations occur, we will not be able to accept your request for a return.

You must submit your exchange request within 30 days of receiving your order.
✉️ How to request a replacement
Please contact us at service@weloveballgame.com and provide the following information:
Order number
Your email address
Photos that clearly show the problem (if it is our mistake)
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will resend you the product.
🚚 Shipping Cost
If the error is ours, we cover all costs.
If the customer made a mistake (e.g., entered wrong customization), we offer a low-cost replacement (no need to return the item).
Exchanges may require a small shipping fee from the customer.
🏠 Address Issues
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We do not offer free exchanges due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
📩 Mailing Address Submission
If required, we will provide a mailing address via email during the exchange process. We do not recommend using the return address on the package.
🖼️ Color & Image Disclaimer
Please allow a color difference of up to 20% between promotional images and the actual product due to lighting and screen display variations.
