Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Scope

We currently only provide shipping services within the United States. No international shipping (outside the US) is available for now.

2. Handling & Transit Time (All in Business Days, Monday - Friday)

Standard Shipping

  • Handling Time: 3 - 5 days (Orders are processed and fulfilled from Monday to Friday; weekends and public holidays are excluded)
  • Transit Time: 5 - 7 days (Shipment transportation occurs from Monday to Friday; weekends and public holidays may cause delays)
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 8 - 12 business days (Combines handling and transit periods)

Expedited Shipping

  • Handling Time: 3 - 5 days (Order processing follows Monday - Friday business days)
  • Transit Time: 3 - 5 days (Faster transportation, operating on Monday - Friday business days)
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 6 - 10 business days (Combines handling and transit periods)

  • Order Amount ≥ US$ 68.88: Free shipping (no additional cost for delivery)

    • Last - mile delivery: UPS Standard Shipping

Expedited Shipping

  • Flat Rate: US$ 15.99 (regardless of order total)
  • Logistics Partners:
    • Primary carrier for international transit: SF International Logistics (Expedited Service)
    • Last - mile delivery: UPS Expedited Shipping

4. Customs Duties & Taxes (for US Shipments)

For shipments within the United States, if there are any customs duties or import taxes incurred (though rare for domestic US shipments), the customer is responsible for paying such fees. All applicable domestic taxes (if any) not related to customs are already included in product prices and shipping fees as per US regulations.

5. Key Notes

  • Business Days Only: All handling and transit timeframes are calculated based on Monday - Friday business days. Weekends and public holidays are not counted in these time windows and may extend overall delivery.
  • Order Accuracy: Please double - check your shipping address and order details before checkout. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect address information.
  • Service Consistency: While we partner with reliable carriers (SF International, UPS), unforeseen events (e.g., extreme weather, carrier operational issues) may occasionally affect delivery timelines. We will do our best to assist with tracking and resolution in such cases.
  • Tips for shipping: 

    1) PO Box or BFPO is not accepted if you choose express shipping. Your address should be detailed enough, even include apartment or unit number. Nondelivery or extra shipping fee due to personal reasons will not be taken by Weloveballgame.

    2) Your order can be tracked in details only when it arrives in your country's facility. After it arrives in your country, please allow 5-7 days more for the package to reach you.

6. Where is my order? 

Your shipping confirmation will be received only when your items are fulfilled. Please fill in your both account email and order number in order to monitor order status. After we sent out the package, you can get a tracking number and you can check the tracking information in this site: CLICK HERE

7. How long do I have to report a shipping issue?

If you purchased Guaranteed Delivery with your order, you can report an issue within 7 days of delivery to report theft or damage and can report a loss for domestic orders between 30 and 60 days after placing the order through the Seel Resolution Center. Log in with your email and order number or coverage ID from your confirmation email.

Otherwise, please notify us at service@weloveballgame.com Support. All issues need to be reported within 60 days of order placement.

8. What should I do if my order was stolen after delivery?

If you purchased Guaranteed Delivery with your order, you can report an issue within 7 days of delivery through the Seel Resolution Center. Log in with your email and order number or coverage ID from your confirmation email.

Otherwise, if your shipment tracking shows that your item(s) have been delivered, but you have not received them after 3 days, please notify us at service@weloveballgame.com  Support.

9.What should I do if my order was lost during delivery?

If you purchased Guaranteed Delivery with your order, you can report an issue within 7 days of delivery through the Seel Resolution Center. Log in with your email and order number or coverage ID from your confirmation email. Where the package is not delivered, the issue cannot be reported sooner than 30 days from the date it was shipped- for domestic shipments (and 60 days for international shipments).

If your shipment tracking shows that your item(s) have not been delivered in 30 days, please notify us at service@weloveballgame.com Support.

10.Can I change my order after it is placed? 

If you purchased Guaranteed Delivery protection with your order, then Seel will send you a confirmation of your Guaranteed Delivery via email with the detailed coverages included for your order. Guaranteed Delivery is not refundable unless the entire order is canceled.
